The Jubilee Academy

Admissions

The Jubilee Academy offers a smaller-school experience and a more personalised curriculum than is possible in a mainstream high school.

We offer:

  • Full time placements to Key Stage 4 (Years 9,10,11)
  • Respite - pre planned and emergency
  • Outreach programme, supporting students within their home schools.

Please contact the Head Teacher's PA and Admissions Manager - Jayne Kavanagh - to arrange a meeting.
Email j.kavanagh@thejubileeacademy.org.uk or call 0203 096 1221.

FULL TIME REFERRAL

Please complete the two Full Time forms. You will need to bring these to your referral meeting with the Head Teacher, along with the student's behaviour log, attendance and latest academic report.

Respite

We offer both pre-planned and emergency respite placements to Year 7 and Year 8 students at KS3 and Year 9 and Year 10 at KS4. These placements are for 12 weeks, one term.

Pre-planned

Please complete the Respite Referral form and Risk Assessment form (documents can be seen below) along with the student's behaviour log, attendance and latest academic report and send to
j.kavanagh@thejubileeacademy.org.uk

We will then arrange an induction meeting with the parent and child.
